I have decided because of the growing amount of people waiting at the borders, and the lack of high-ranked wolves [besides Surai], that I shall make a change in the acception plan.

Instead of scouts merely being able to welcome rogues into the Empire's lands and leading them to the Alpha to accept them in to the pack, they are now officially allowed to accept wolves into the pack! The only rank they are allowed to assign, however, is scout. Later, the Alpha(s) may or may not boost this up to a hunter or more.

However, you are allowed to assign ranks only in the roleplay. I (and possibly other members given the admin; they will be marked by having the word 'Trusted' in front of their member group) will then update the newest site member's profile so that their member group reads scout as well.

Also, hunters are allowed to do all of the above as well.

I hope this new plan helps the roleplay run a little smoother! Just post if you're confused.
